all gangsters should be punished regardless of areas/parties they belong to. And saying that someone learnt from someone the art of terrorism is not going to make the second someone any innocent than the first someone.

Yes, that's what I got from the news. Interior ministry of Sindh + developmental expenditure all discretion of mayor + local security forces (police + rangers) under mayor. One more ministry, but I forgot which one was that.
That must be Port Ministry. Mallik e Kul banene ka khwab.
Sorry for deviating a little from the topic of thread, but can some one provide reasons behind fire at PNSC Building Karachi and role of Port & Shipping Ministry.
