I know where you are coming from and relate to what you are saying but
What difference it makes to people who are being ruled , Commissioner system or LG system ?
Any local governing system in Pakistan is not going to end corruption , will it.
This way at least this reason for killing innocent people will be eliminated.
It is so sad that people are on each other’s throats for superficial and petty reasons.
