Actually, pull-ups do help.... give them a try. Cool alerts help as they make your child feel uncomfortable. Its also easier for the child to pull them down when she needs to go.
Yeah the pull ups help child feel more independent, so they can take it off/on like underwear, but just in cas eof accident it is there. The cool alerts one helped my son a lot. When he peed, it felt horrible so he quickly started using toilet over diaper. If your child is constipated often, then poo training is sooo much more diffulcult because they are not regular and it is hard to predict when a poo will come. Good luck, hope the stool trick works.
