the reference is right there in the article, "working under the supervision of Maulvi Said Khan, the superintendent of Fazal Qadar seminary ". what do you think is Fazal Qadar seminary? A madrassa. Now why did the article not call it a madrassa and chose seminary? These suicide bombers were brain washed in the Fazal Qadar madrassa.
It said that the leaders of the group the bombers were from, and not the bombers themselves, were under the supervision of the maulvi.
Even then it doesn't say if the leaders of the group attended the madrassa, or whether the maulvi supervises terrorists on the side.
There's not enough information in the article to connect madrassah attendance with this attack.
