depending upon who decides u to restrict account and for what reason, its not big of a deal.. (i've been banned twice)
there've been users who were banned.. and later they became admins.. (public info) so its not that big of a deal..
look at gizzy for example.. i'm sure with my activities in computer forum these days, (cuz its SO uptight and tensed there) i'm sure he will lock me up any moment he gets in fight with the wife, crapped by the boss and then if he comes in forum and reads, i'm gone (:D)
