sab kuch sai matlab???:aq:…main khushi sai thora nails bite karta hoon… bachpan sai yeh buri adat hai..have tried countless time to get rid of it…after week or so i fall back and strt dion it again

cut your nails after every 3 days , that will stop you from biting them .
