My collection:

Here is my jewelry. I AM OBSESSED WITH IT! This is super heavy and I broke 2 previous organizers b/c it got too much so I finally found a tougher one, lol. I mostly have earrings. My bangles, rings and bracelets are in another box which I forgot to include. Anyways, I organize it in one of those organizers that you can hang in your closet, it is double-sided so here are views of both back and front (ignore the silly Kanye West glasses, I have never worn them out in public, they are sentimental so for memory sake lol:

My nail polishes, I keep them in a Rubbermaid snap case along w/ the bag which has my nail tools.

I tried to sort them by brand. ELF, a few drugstore ones (Milani, Petite, Revlon etc) and then higher-priced ones such as a ton of OPI (my favorite!), China Glaze, Essie and Orly. I also have my nail base coats, top coat, nail hardener, polish thinner (NOT same thing as remover) etc.

And now for makeup! Here is an overview of what my dresser top looks like:

Cheek:

Eyes (those MAC boxes are fluidlines) Includes liners (pencil, gel and a random liquid), concealers (my MAC studio finish concealer is in the Rose Salve tin, I put some in the lid to use w/ the Rose Salve balm), primers, eyeshadows (powder & pencil) and 2 mascaras from L’Oreal & MAC:

Lip: (the reason some are still boxed was b/c it is very hot and they nearly melted in my room so I put them in the fridge for a bit)

Palettes (the palette on the bottom-left has my depotted stuff in it), my favorite and highly coveted: the Naked Palette from Urban Decay and a blush and contour palette from Coastal Scents:

Brushes & Tools, mostly Sigma, MAC, EcoTools and some miscellaneous ones such as Urban Decay, Sigma, travel sized, etc. I also paint the tips to sort between eye (silver) and face (turquoise). The two extras you see on the left side are painted pink (extra brush to use for blushes) & bronze (to use for bronzing):

And me and my mom both share perfumes so she had some and I have my 2 favorites plus a ton of Bath & Body Works sprays and mists, I also have matching lotions for all of them but didn’t post them here.

wow M, I loved looking at all your stuff. and kinda weird, but the paint on the bottom of the brushes looks totall yprofsesional..i had no idea u painted them yoruself :D

what color of nars blushes do you have? you seem to have alot of blushes!

Thanks, Sara. I did paint them myself (mainly b/c I have 2 pairs of duplicates so I needed to differentiate between them aside from guessing from the bristles, lol) and just used scotch tape and 2-3 coats of polish, letting it dry completely between coats. And I LOVE NARS! I have the Laguna bronzer and then blushes (L-R): On the top row I have Lovejoy, Orgasm and Desire and 2nd row is: Exhibit A & Oasis. You should check out Lovejoy, it’s a dusty coral color, absolutely amazing for smokey eyes or when doing bold looks (red lips included).

EDIT: She has Lovejoy on her cheeks and this is the look I want to take inspiration from on my Baraat w/ my Bunto (ahem, fingers crosses) so I thought I’d go ahead and start buying the stuff her MUA used on her b/c I want to do my own makeup. The MUA broke the look down on her blog. PLUS it is such a gorgeous color to have as a staple:

Very organized and clean pics, i like your earring collection, i also have a huge one but my style is different, i’ll post pics of my earrings and hair accessories collection on sun.

Where did you get your organizer from, i didn;t have any so i got this file organizer from a book shop and hang my earrings on it.

I’ll take pics of my anklets, i am obsessed with anklets :slight_smile:

^ what is your style? I like big, chandelier, Mughal-esque w/ vintage and glam feel to them. I don't know if that was apparent in the picture but if you saw anything too juvenile, remember that I've had some of the stuff since I was 15! My taste now is very different. Oh and I bought it off amazon.com for under $15

Hehe, well I don’t really wear much makeup tbh so I don’t have much of a collection (that’s my excuse ;)). This is how I store what little I have…

(I hope nobody’s laughing! :naraz:)

All of my makeup has been dumped into a little old perfume box. I mostly have a combination of MAC, Dior, Bobbi Brown and Clinique. I have a few cheapos in there somewhere too. Albeit most of them were freebies or came in gift sets, lol.

Fear not ladies, I will fly the flag for us makeup virgins! :snooty:
