We can use a simple equation to calculate number of "meaningful" posts by you:

** MP = (LOG e^((TP/PPD)(PPD/TP)) / (TP+PPD) - 1))
where:
MP = Meaningful Posts
TP = Total Posts
PPD = Posts Per Day
