my husband is a MD(medical doctor)but u know Realters r really making good money i don't want to say to become a Realter.but if u r willing to buy a pricy car put some money as down payment,get a loan from your bank or any other lender and go for it.u know these days the car dealers are offering good deals,like 0% APR or no down payment or some cash back.because their this year's car models are getting older.
It's true. They are but I was just giving *one *example. The good thing about MD is that there is no risk of "business" or "salary going up and down" etc :)
