I used to go a lot, back when I was a kid. We had family there..but slowly people have moved to Toronto. My dad spent a number of years in Montreal, as well. He still likes it more than Toronto.
My most recent trip through Montreal was last year in May, whilst going to Nova Scotia. It was a horrible experience, as we got lost both times..going and then coming back. :-\ Horrible traffic (sort of like toronto)..and then construction going on everywhere, which caused road closures. sigh
Again, lovely pictures! I get the feeling I'll enjoy visiting Montreal more than I used to. You can't really appreciate historical buildings, monuments, etc., as a kid. :-)
