The pic where the bride is wearing a gold outfit with her family and the lighting is quite dark-the molvi doing the nikaah in that photo did my one 3 yrs ago!

I just went to Webshots.com and put in words like "shadi", "walima", "nikah" in the search bar. If I recall correctly, I think majority of these pics I got by putting in "shaadi". :)

You know very rarely on this particular forum do I see a bride looking completely beautiful - usually it’s just a mish-mash of clashing pieces. The outfit could be beautiful, then the jewelry or make up would be off, or they just dont go together. I think brides seriously need to pre-plan the jewelry and the outfit and the make-up - most of the time all these brides just look like a big hodge podge to me. I dont know how you guys say ‘beautiful’ each time.

cat-woman, I think no matter how much we plan, not everything will be perfect. A lot of times the brides don’t have control of what the makeup person does or if her hair isn’t perfect. At the last minute, there really isn’t time to make major fixes. Anyways, even if things don’t go exactly as planned, its more important to enjoy the wedding celebrations and not put so much emphasis on just the wedding day itself, and more to the beginning of a new life!
