It is not a shia tradition. I am a shia and no one ever made the groom lick the kheer from brides palm. Actually we really don’t have this kheer rasam.

Hayatkhans, I think instead of looking at the color, u shud look at a certain design and then get it made in green..no? But anyway, her’es some pix, hope it helps.
