guys, for the past 3 days, i have had this continuous throbbing like sensation in my head which would get really unbearable if i had to bend down, run or climb stairs, etc … so today, i had my blood pressure checked and it turned out to be as 50 / 80, kinda low… i have had no previous history of B.P. issues and neither does it run in the family … so any ideas as to what may have caused this?? the only thing i think of is that i had lost 5 kilos over the past 4 weeks and regained 2 of them back…

i dont have the weight-loss problem .. but i do OFTEN get that throbbing headache that any minor household chore, even bending down is misery. plus my hearing gets very sensitive and too much light is also difficult on my eyes.
