@ NikSik .. not sure about dehydration, are there any visible indicators for dehydration? and no, didn’t go on a crash diet.. just reduced my daily paratha and mithai intakes

Indicators of dehydration..well dry kind of wrinkely skin..dry tongue..sunken eyes..light headedness
