Without bringing the religious angle (allowed in Islam) into it, I think it is horny.
I don't see anything to be shocked about.
What can I say - I don't look at it the same way. Even Hugh Hefner does not shock me - but I would definitely call him horny.

I am not believing the porn part.
3 wives are part of the culture/religion he belonged to, at least he did not have 3 mistresses. Viagra is a medicine and btw, the media said herbal viagra and that could mean anything.

I don’t see how doing it to 3 “wives” instead of 3 mistresses would make him less horny.
True - it was Avena syrup which besides used as a Viagra substitute is also used as an artificial sweetener. Whatever he used it for, its side effects can’t be ignored
