This was one of my favourite cartoons! The villain was indeed 'Bluto' but then changed names due to copyright issues to 'Brutus'.
Popeyes' 4 nephews are 'peepeye', 'poopeye', 'pipeye', and 'pupeye', and his adopted son's name was 'swee'pea'. His trusty friendy was 'J. Wellington Wimpy' (the guy who always had the mountain of hamburgers!).
His song went something like
I'm Popeye the Sailor Man
I'm Popeye the Sailor Man
I'm strong to the finich
Cause I eats me spinach
I'm Popeye the Sailor Man
That's the polite version!!!!
