Poondi is the practice of cheap Desi guys to "check out girls" by going to places that are usually visited by ladies, like Bazaars.

I've even heared the term "Poond Street" referring to "Aunti Galli", ie the street at the backside of the Liberty Market area in Lahore where a lot of tailors and cloth stores are.
