No one ‘passed’ it, again it was voted on by the CEC, as it was the wishes of the whole party. If the CEC voted against it, it wouldn’t have happened.

Rehman Malik is a dog, but his appointment is the same that happens everywhere, in US cabinet, UK cabinet, etc.

When I mean ‘pass’, I actually meant ‘nomination’… and who would’ve dared oppose nomination of a shaheed "Bhutto"? US is not the same system as Pakistan so lets not compare apples with oranges.
