In the trainer's blog... I think. And there's a comment there from a saudi woman saying she practices pole-dancing too. So there you go, like I said this woman isn't the first one to be practising pole-dancing, belly dancing etc... fazool ki hype.

Have you not seen Punjabi stage shows? They can make the most "respectfully erotic" form of dance the most ridiculous and cheap one. The same goes for pole dancing..some are very graceful while others totally kill it.

I’ve never tried belly dancing but I wouldn’t think you’d get as intensive a workout (at first my joints used to ache even after just the warm up).. Also you don’t get to swing around and hang upside down :smiley:
