I don't disagree with you, but there is something wrong with way you put it.
If you address the issue from inside, only than you can make a point. You sound like standing at a distance and not going closer to the things and denying them from the distance, and also exaggerating it a bit.
If people look for Jobs and Money than why is it so that they don't understand what is right for them ?
Money is not just money, its more options in life, more power in life, a better social role, more security (which is our main concern, we fear being facing disasters). Here our lives are quite simple, we work, we earn and we try to survive.
