when did i said anything about the settling circular debt?
the issue is, RPPs, if govt can negotiate better terms in which govt does not have to provide them with the fuel or if govt do provide them with the fuel then it shall be detected from the rental payment... and if were the govt, i would direct this power to the industrial side instead of home use... as industrial development can enable people to look for some alternate..
again, RPP is real short-term deal, industry of Pakistan by now should have adopted to the alternative energy, i.e. Solar in order to maintain their minimum production/consumption ratio. Having said that, i don't think so govt is going to add any significant amount into the national grid... speaking of National Grid, i don't know if govt has already upgraded the national grid... because if they have not, then i don't think that the existing grid can contain the load and there shall be overloading and tripping, which we already have seen atleast three times so far.
I guess that you would supply the cheap and efficient solar panels? Americans and Europeans should learn from this guy

yes they should and guess what they had, but arrogant and illiterate like you would never...
EU have been committed to convert atleast 20% of their power-gen to alternate energy sources, where by 2020, EU would be generating good amount of power from green energy, Spain, France ( Southern France), Greece and Italy are working on Solar Power Projects, whereas, Germany to certain extend are working on solar and wind... whereas countries like UK, are looking into water-wave energy projects... and yes everyone is looking and/or researching on something to generate energy, but likes of you are busy in trolling
Should have could have and actually doing it are different things. Since you mentioned Germany, then lets talk about they are moving towards coal.
you are highly impractical so much so that sometimes you come out to be a desert bird junior. You have said on RPPs that it would be fine with people paying bills, but you completely dismiss the circular debt. Which respectable company would invest in them when the customer aka the govt hasn't cleared its past obligations ? It is like eating pakoras with poori for dinner when you had just a heart attack for eating fried food
