I was listening to the news last night, Farhatullah Babar is saying that they will reach some middle ground on this issue I believe before the next hearing. I wonder what that is.

for how long this soap opera will continue? govt will keep on buying more time, the outcome will be so predictable. what a waste of time/resources.
whereas a common is deprived of justice and continues to suffer.

I think CJ is actually doing a favor to PPP, they will use this sympathy card and cash votes on this.

I think Govt will write a letter without naming president or any other Govt official. To satisfy both president and SC. I wonder they couldnt do that earlier

there are alot of private petitions and appeals delayed for years, entire attention of SC is only diverted to this one case for months, it seems like high courts in Pakistan are just reserved for cases related to influential politicians. gareeb ko sunne wala kon hai yehaan, there are alot of civilians who are waiting for justice and have pinned all their hopes on CJ. I hope the court realizes their pain and suffering as well, their cases have been delayed for years, whereas political cases get daily hearing. having said, govt is at fault too, had they not delayed this matter for months, it would have been resolved months ago. Also, if PPP continues to say they will not write letter and will continue scarficing PM's, and CJ will keep sending them home, where will this end?

Pasha sahib, you keep claiming that SC took action against "Seraiki PM" while sachadino keeps saying that the SC is anti-PPP..... so what exactly is it? is CJ anti-PPP or anti-Seraiki?

History of Pakistan tells us that action is always taken against Bengalis , Sindhis ,Baluchs ,Pakhtons and now Saraiks faced it after their first PM .
Sachay says with his own mind and I with my own .

It could be, but then why do the same people not support the right causes? They become selfish when it comes to them, I want to bring an example but then it will be ‘… sidetracking’ the thread.

Why I am saying that tell me if CJ has decided any other important case other than PPP in last five years. At least I can quote two cases: Missing persons case and ISI paying moneys to anti-PPP politicians.

yes, and as we have discussed it earlier it was u-turn by Zardari/PPP to support reinstatement of CJ but when it actually came to reinstatement they wanted to back off, it was only after huge pressure from rest of stakeholders that he was restored... thats when CJ probably became anti-Zardari. Also, as indicated in other threads, CJ saw the govt coming close to its complete tenure but didn't act on its recommendations so he wanted to pressurize for action.
