Any reason why all this money couldnt be put into govt hospitals to properly equip them for the masses, rather tahn outsource patients to private hospitals? Private lobbies at work again?

Govt bureaucracy and corruption ensure that Govt hospitals remain wanting… Private Hospitals tend to be run more efficiently.
