Any reason why all this money couldnt be put into govt hospitals to properly equip them for the masses, rather tahn outsource patients to private hospitals? Private lobbies at work again?

Too much work.

This is same story as others, peeli taxi, roti, income support funds, loan for youth, laptops etc. Easy way to buy votes with public money.
