^^ Someday, just have look at the posts in this forum.. or ask any friend of you who is not from PTI..
anyway, that is my opinion and as usual carries no weight whatsoever!!!
every one has the right to opinion, the mods as well as posters on the forum. No one is stopping any one from other parties to participate in the forum. There are many posts in this forum against IK and even personal attacks on him and no one edits them. Anyways it would be helpful if you guys let us know, if you guys think that the mods are biased you need to let us know and we can even stop posting here if that helps.
Congrats Amal.. I am sure you will be a great choice for PA/WA
As for the political affiliation of mods is concerned.. it doesn't matter as long as their political affiliation does not effect the mod actions which should be consistent and unbiased..
As far as my personal experience is concerned.. I have angered more the PTI supporters in this forum with my moderation actions than any other group in spite of my declared soft corner for PTI. One of the message from a guy who was posting his blogs to expose Sharif corruptions accused our forum as a B team for corrupt politicians from PPP/PMLN..
As long as we are accused of being biased consistently from PTI/PMLN/PPP/MQM and religious oriented political supporters we consider ourselves pretty unbiased. We have discouraged name callings for Altaf Hussain based on his skin color.. and one of very old and respected poster of this forum is pretty angry with me for those actions. Imran Khan is in fact the most criticized politician here who is often called dirtiest person having no personal morals.. and all this is tolerated here in this forum despite of the fact most of the moderators are declared PTI supporters..
So bottom line advise for Amal.. just do your job as much impartially as possible.. Your inclination towards PTI does not make this forum a B forum for PTI.. as long as your moderation duties don't show a bias. Don't be afraid to express your personal views just because you are a moderators. All the moderators here are posters first and moderators later.

We are all here to keep it balanced. I never found Yazdi as pro PTI, he has a balanced approach. I remember reading Ali's posts where he didn't support Pro PTI remarks having no substance.
I found Amal active in PA forums since last 2-3 months. He does support PTI, but overall ready to accept points with substance against PTI.
Hope the balanced discussions will continue in future too.
I think AP bhai should be the next mod just to balance things out a bit..
If I am not badly mistaken:
Shamraz: anti PTI, ? pro-PPP
Yazdi: Pro PTI but would not mind PML-N either
Ali Syed: Pro PTI (currently)
Amal: (Pro PTI)
Actually, political affliction was never really a criteria for mods. My criteria for mods is what that person brings to the GS team and how he/she can help us improve our performance.
Very well said yazdi :k: … It is a fact that I am heavily tilted towards PTI and have reasons to be so. I will continue to practise what I preach but not without reasoning and discussion. This forum is open to all for healthy and constructive discussions and my personal affiliations will have no bearing over this fact
I am thankful to all of you for extending warm welcome to me as a mod

I was n't insinuating anything in my post. just the facts as I see them. People can support whoever they want. It's their right
