i do it on the Treadmill, outdoor these days is getting too hot. It’s already touching 47 Dgrs. On treadmill I do it for 45 mnts and then cycling for 20 mnts us k baad weights. this is my GYM routine. but i’m resting since past 5 days. i injured my knee at the nets.

Now a days I m doing outside after office hours, covering 6.4 KM between 55 ~ 60 minutes.
having problem with my Knee but just avoiding
