Shocking news, and even more the realisation that a child is without a father.
From our brief conversations on digi, I could tell he was a talented person and his death is a great loss to society.
May god rest his soul in peace.
Just 2 days ago I was wondering where Rooster was. Hadn't seen him on digi for a while.
I have his wedding pictures on my pc and every now and then I used to look at them and smile.
This is soo shocking, tears started flowing while reading the thread. Such a wonderful and witty person. He helped me set up a work out programme cuz I called him my fitness guru. Please Fraudz if u get more info let us know.
Inna lillahee wa inna illahee rajioon.
He was a person I was hoping to meet one day.
I dont believe this. I also became friends with him through gupshup, and the last he told me was that he was becoming a father. This is too sad. Inna-lillaha wa inna ilayhi rajeoon. I pray for his wife and child.
Oh this is very tragic. I remmember his posts in shor sharaba and khel khilari! This is very depressing. May God forgive his sins and rest his soul in peace Ameeen.
Its truly a loss of a great person. Irfan Bhai was such a warm and gentle person. All of us that got a chance to know him are really blessed. Just last year in spring he got married, i still remember looking at his wedding pictures. I don't think it is possible to be as warm of a person as Irfan Bhai was. I could go on and on for hours talking about how humble and unique of a person Irfan Bhia was ,but instead we should all keep him and his family in your duas.
When I read about his death it was a shock, but it reminded me of a quote I once read in a book about when the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) passed away.
"The heart was not willing to accept what the eyes had seen and the eyes could not bring back what the heart desired. "
"O Allah! grant forgiveness to our living and to our dead, and to those who are present and to those who are absent, and to our young and our old folk, and to our males and females. O Allah! whomsoever you grant to live, from among us, help him to live in Islam, and whom of us you cause to die, help him to die in faith. O Allah! do not deprive us of the reward for patience on his loss, and do not make us subject to trail after him"
This is an extremely tragic news. May Allah bless the bereaved family with patience and grant the highest levels of Jannah to Irfan. He and his family will be in our prayers. Our prayers especially go out to his new-born baby and the widow. If there is anything we can do to help, do let us know.
Sigh. Dont know what to say. A real smart guy. I have many fond memories of him from my early days at gup. We used to have never-ending discussions on music and instruments and the likes. Also the regular query "What are you listening to these days?" He was kind enough to mail me the CD of the band that he was managing. I remember how excited he was when he bought his new Ovation. Couldn't wait to get his hands onto it.
Would rather have a light hearted laugh than get into useless arguments. I think thats the reason that almost all of his posts here were humorous takes at the supposedly burning issues.
He will always be in my memories and my prayers as a good friend. May his soul rest in peace and his family be blessed with the strength to bear this enormous loss.
