is it true that someone from Pakistan fought very bravely in Kargil and even Indian army had acknowledged this brave man. Indian just ran to other countries to put political pressure on Pakistan when they saw a losing front for sure?

If India was trying to put political pressure on Pakistan, it should have been the Indian PM in Washington begging Clinton to interfere. One does not have to be physically present in this day and age to talk to someone or persuade. Its not medieval time. Your argument is flawed in this regard.
