If nothing works,
start windows in safe mode if windows cannot sustain. Press F8 on start to get there.
Copy your important data over to another hard drive such as an external drive.
You should find out where is your important data is.
(If you know how to then you can even copy your windows set up files such as those which are in documents and settings folder on C: drive...)
Re-install (a fresh copy of) windows after formatting the hard drive.
Mcafee sometimes cannot stop spywares. Use those programs in addition to Mcafee as suggested by others.

P.S. someone told me Apple computer is free of virus troubles. No experience myself.
