I don't quite get your question BKB... I know York has an Executive MBA program arrangement with Kellogg but again, its not their regular MBA program and costs much more - besides I think there still is a residence requirement for certain courses where students need to go to Kellogg.

Rotman and Queens don't have any joint programs as far as I know.

Lastly, yes, Rotman, Queens and Schulich are all recognized in the States but I'd put Richard Ivey in the list before Schulich.
