There is avis and some other international brands on Airports who provide rental with a driver. I would strongly recommend to only use these that are well known etc. In Islamabad Hotel Serena is among most secure ones. I have never stayed there as I have a home but I have heard this hotel being recommended by various Airlines etc. My general rule when I visit is to keep low profile. You just never know given whats happening all around specially with kids. I visit my home so its easy. Have cash there, I always make mistake of going to market and realizing Credits cards are not that common.
