quick question.. how much should the egg mixture be in a dish? I will like to make a big one for the party and a small one for home (just so I dont cut it before taking it there) can I do that with the quantities that you shared in your recipe? Does this poof up like a cake or no?
inspi bhai, its a custard, its not all that crucial whether you use half and half or some random ratio of milk and cream. the flan might turn out a little less creamy. but its yum anyway.
Both these desserts,Sahar’s flan & Khatti’s trifle look good.I am now undecided about which one to make for an upcoming dinner event.I would have made both but then that will mean I will have to eat up double the left overs….That won’t be good…
Lemme see if I am able to find the lemon curd.I haven’t checked yet.
