If true, that it is bad omen, absolute power corrupts, if there is no fear of loosing a seat/power, it corrupts any person who may it be. In any given constituency, there should be enough opposition votes to keep the power corridors in check.

Don’t worry, it was only PPP that got mutilated, PMLN is still alive there:
