hehehe, hamain tina sani ka akhan cham cham wasiyaan yaad aa gia.

nia, hamari ammi ko jo kaam pasand nahin hain..woh hamain pakra deti hain..suchchi..meaning i peel off onions and i make atta dough..

now i don't dislike anything..until few years back i used to dislike making atta dough..coz i disliked that chippir chippir feeling..but now its ok.

btw, gadha bhai told you the correct thing..if you soak onion in cold water it helps..or else keeping it in fridge helps too. Another thing you can do is change the onion type..according a research done by one of my mumani..she says that using big onions..the pinkish color type..helps in reduction of tears. Those onions are expensive as compared to normal onions though

Good luck with peeling and cutting of onions :)
