use neutrogena bar for acne-prone skin...the body shop moisturiser for oily/blemished skin is also good..no home remedies work for this pimple thing...

If you shop at Sephora, get Murad clarifying cleanser. It runs for about 22 bucks and clears your skin up within no time.

Baking Soda Mask to Fight Acne
This is so easy to make and can work wonders if your skin likes it. (Remember, not every cause of acne is the same, so you need to try different remedies and masks until you find the ones that work for you.)
All you need are two ingredients. Baking Soda (NOT baking powder) and water.
Mix a little together in your hands after washing your face with a mild cleanser and apply gently to your skin. Once you've coated your face with the baking soda and water mix, let it sit while you do other things around the house, or relax and read a book.

Egg White Mask
This is simple and quite frugal. There have been many instances of people reporting excellent results from trying it.
What is it? Egg white. Simple egg white.
All you need to do is separate the yolk from the egg whites. Then whip the egg whites until it is nice and frothy. Apply it to your clean face (using clean hands). Leave on for approximately 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
The result? Tightening of the skin, clearing of red spots.
Possible side effects? If you’re allergic to eggs, of course, avoid this one.
Egg Yolk Mask
Egg Yolks contain Vitamin A which is good for scarring. To attempt this method of acne treatment, whip up an egg yolk, apply it to your skin for 20 minutes. Wash off.
There is some discussion as to whether or not you can catch salmonella from putting egg yolk on your skin. Do a little research before trying this one.

THIS WORKS - IVE BEEN USING IT :) and everyone has been seeing a diff in my skin- just make sure u dont leave it on ur skin for too long otherwise it gets dry and wrinkely
also get ur hormones checked out honey...perhaps a bit of birth control could help - i know brown people arent so keen onto it - but it could be a hormone problem and b.c. could definitely help.

not a long time ago i read somewhere an ingredient with a paracetamol/peniciline tablets ?? i am not sure does any 1 know about this treatment?

Turmeric (as in the spice) and water. Mix into a paste, apply to face. Allow to dry and wash off. Turmeric is a natural antiseptic, people have been using it in the Indian sub-continent for hundreds of years to heal woulds, boils, cuts, etc. Try it and inshallah your skin should start to respond to this natural, home made mask.

a medicine that is good rather than bad for skin is a good retinol or retinoid you can get an over the counter retinol like green cream it prevents the skin from aging and reall controls acne by increasing cell turnover rate

Ayt well i'v herd the stuff dat people have mentiond above but..i'v herd thers this cream fing that u can buy from Pak only :S
Its called Roopamrat..my sister uses that and it works for her..also this cream makes ur skin colour go lighter lol..

btw..there is a certain concentration of all the peels that are to be used for darker skin tones...us asians must not use the peels in higher concentration because we can develop pigmentation problems easily.
peels are not for 'going lighter'...please if you are on the darker side...dont use a strong peel..it says in the directions...it can seriously mess up your original color...someone i know has already made the mistake...and is still paying for it..

just go see a dermatologist..its no biggy and have him/her recommend a good face wash/cream/skin peels/etc. they will suggest something according to ur skin. try to avoid perscribed pills tho. and ask them abt what foods to avoid too=]
