Not really sweating, I do only mild power training (I am a girl :nuch: and don’t wanna look like Rambo!). Muscles burn calories event when you’re resting that’s why power training is more efficient than cardio to lose weight:rolleyes:
Meat is healthier than bread, rice, daal and other carbs…I guess if you deprive yourself you replace it with something else but the only healthy alternative to meat is fish!
