may be they couldnt find any evidence against them and had to release them.
^ That's what the justices were saying. Provide evidence against these people and prosecute them, and if generals can not do it then it is illegal to keep them in custody.
Now if na-pak generals are letting these people go then we know that justices were correct and na-pak generals lied when they said that justices were letting "terrorists" go free.
