PIA first its name should be changed when overhauling this giant.
I think govt needs to atleat privatise 51 percent shares to be run by private sector and cut all the free perks given to its own staff, Army, Press, and other govt lunatics. one want to fly, should pay full fair! as a universal rule.
shed some long belly staff to make is lighter to run.
