Right on.
If I remember the facts correctly, PIA has most number of employees per plane in the world which is the basic unit to measure if the Air line is over staffed or not. PIA’s employees dont serve it honestly. I have seen spoons, cola, plates and tissues with “PIA” embossed on it in many houses in Pakistan and over seas. I have seen people taking year long leaves (use its free tickets) and working in NY at a pizza shop…and so on …
PIA need to be downsized and should be privatized. I’ld suggest creating 2 companies one of International flights and other for domestic flights. Its always easy and efficient to manage smaller units.
