hmm, from Khi to Isb we got served the most yummy biryani, I was amazed! It was like really good!! and the kheer was delish too!! Maybe domestic flights are better.

me a sublow passenger of PIA.. to bass ab sab pata hai k.. in loggon ko kese treat kerna hota hai ..

well.. acha khasa crew to ab mujhey shakal se to janta hi hia ..

caz wohi budhha crew hia change hi nahin kerte yeah loog.. sare budhhey budhhey uncle , aunty rakhe howe hein ..

who told you PIA is cheaper than Emirates? this is wrong, PIA is mostly expensive than Emirates.

any one know? PIA previous crew dress was designed by Armani!!!

standard has gone down, I have flown PIA only 3 times in my life because of this.

Fat and grumpy old , not bothered Air hostes, bad food, u feel like you flying without paying them, aur wo ihsaan kar rahey hein ap per.

I spoke to some friends in crew they said

  1. they advised never eat PIA food specially when u flying out of Pakistan.

  2. they blame management for poor service :slight_smile: cause they havent been provided with nice food to serve so they make it up with their smily faces and listen to all people say.

  3. the reason why fat and old ladies dont leave crew jobs to work on ground, cause its profit to fly international , importing exporting goodies from abroad.

  4. PIA offer lifetime free flights to its staff families even after they retire. that surely attract unwanted trips abroad loosing revenue.
    other reason of less revenue, huge discounts offered to Armed Forces, Printed Media workers.

compare this 10$ worth with other airlines offer at same or less rate tickets

people here discuss quality of food, we should be thankful to allah for giving us rizk.
there is no harm in discussing service quality to improve ourself.

PIA is not giving us charity, people pay for the service they get.

eewwwie!!! lolz... oh my lord... i hate the smell of that food... every time im on a plane (be it Emiratez or PIA .. etc) i get sick... it makes me wanna thro up... n PIA food smellz like it has car oil in it... LOL... dont ask... lolz...
i like the chocolates they give on Emiratez tho... :p :D

As if everything else in Pakistan is going great. PIA still is one of the better run and managed government owned firms in Pakistan. You are right, we used to be one of the best airlines in the region. Emirates is a benchmark in the airline industry today, few people actually know it was PIA who helped the Govt of Dubai, set up Emirates.

We have fallen off the track, and the issues lie somewhere way deep in each one of us.

there u go .. its like been top airline for 3 yrs straight !!! and Continental is pretty clean too.

and PIA … yar they started thez direct flights to lahore , islamabad and kirachi. and they are like 16-17 hrs long :eek: … my annie went to pak in one of thos flights and u cud literely see her praising how DYNAMIC this flight was going to be .. but after she got bak to usa … she was like ** MERI TO TANGEY HI SOOOJ GAI THI AND AIR HOSTESS KO TO TAMEEZ HI NAI THI **:hehe:

hmm... PIA flights from canada to pakistan/arabia are excellent.. decent food... decent ppl.. even the washrooms are clean... i like that route... PIA flights from arabia to pakiland and vice versa are pure torture... its all in the mentality.. guess passengers from canada/amreeka etc deserve better service :D

i try my best to avoid pia when flying internationaly...the only time i flew pia int was on a return flight from london...the airhostess kept running when the plane was taking off and this male steward kept on shouting "massooma beth jao"....was funny as hell...they had this "drama 89" which they kept on playing...was the last time i flew PIA.....wonder if masooma ever sat down!

khawateen - Are we talking about the same PIA?!? Would you like me to take a picture of the bathrooms next time as well? :hoonh:. Man, those bathrooms are so disgusting. I honestly starve myself the entire flight just because I don’t want to have to use the bathrooms on there. :yukh:

PIA scares me!! ive heard scary PIA stories... and the people that fly domestic ( my mom n sis went from khi to multan) my mom was like they looked like the drug dealers to rich people.
emirates 1st class rocks!! except smokings allowed. but we got bumped to 1st class on the dubai to khi flight.(the shortest one but it still rocked) !! we got godiva chocolate!!!!
