maybe some differences than v7.0 but not too many compared to CS.
CS2 is more an update: with the biggest difference between CS and CS2 is that the File Browser is now a separate application called Bridge. The other new features such as Smart Objects, Vanishing Point, the Spot Healing Brush, Smart Sharpen etc. are quite useful for photographers, but I wouldn’t call any of them a real feature like the original Healing Brush in PS 7.
