I think it was like si’murgh and its Persian words but we used it in urdu as si’murgh …yah qaqnas kahan par parha hay

Yes Simurg or more corectly See-Murgh is a Persian word which best describes what is reffred to in English as a Pheonix.
It is the classical Persian mythical bird of fire and said to represent Divine power, the Ancient Acheminid Persians and various dynasties that succeeded them continued right up till the 20th Century to use the Pheonix emblem.

Qaqnoos is also persian word but si murgh is best use in urdu but we can call him qaqnoos in persian and urdu too.

Yes the Pathan word for Pheonix is indeed Huma and you have done superbly with finding that Info.
