I sometimes forward emails/other stuff to friends and relatives, but can't be bothered to email them otherwise. :p
Sounds bad, but that's how it is. Almost everyone seems to be doing it these days.
As for spam, I hate sms.ac with passion! All I get from them is spam or from the people that use it.
