the initial misconception I had was that they are very seedhi saadhi/no fun girls. But I have friends/cousins who are hijabans and they are totally fun to hang out with! Some of the best people I've met in my life (not all but majority). I learned that the hijab doesn't shape someone's personality. If you are a fun loving crazy person, you will remain so w/ the hijab on too :)
