The Title is wrong… Its not PERSIN new Year… We PaThans also Celebrate it coz This Area of Pukhtoons still use… SOLOAR and LUNAR calander for Dates… they Rarely Use Christian Calander.
So.. Pakistan have Lots of Pukhtoons… Meanz… OBJECTION is not valid 
And Besides that… We have Democracy here… what ever Langugae U wana Talk in you can…
BTW… Y are you talking in ENGLISH… humm… Is it Pakistani Language?

It’s not just Persian, it’s ‘Iranian’ (and I don’t mean just relating to the country Iran), Persians are not the only ethnic group who celebrate it, ‘Iranian’ ethnic groups from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and non-Perisans from Iran also celebrate Eid Nowrouz.
My Iraqi Kurd friends family celebrates it too, for them it’s some sort of a nationalistic thing, for Afghans it’s almost a religious affair with the Qur’aan thing and I heard back in Afghanistan people go to Ziaarat of Imam Ali 
and stuff.
I personally agree with Majestic, we Muslims only have two celebrations 'Eid al-Adha and 'Eid ul-Fitr, this Nowrouz was started by a Zorostrian guy called Zarathustra.
