Its hard for me to find a perfume cz for me perfumes are always tied into my memories… so like one perfume reminds me of a not s0 nice time, while another reminds me of good times, like the new one from VS–Sexy little things–just takes me back last fall to when i was engaged and stuff … its alotta psychological stuff at play, but yeah, it gtting hard for me to find a perfume

Yeh for me too…my favourite perfume’s are Issey miyakeh pour homme but it reminds me of the amazing times as a newly wed (which didn’t last long - so it turns it into a bad memory!) and also Hugo Dark Blue…
Then there’s YSL Paris which reminds me of the good times between my engagement and wedding…
Elizabeth Arden Chloe Narcisse which has bad memories also…

Right now, I am hooked on Chanel Allure Sport - yummy…luckily right now it has NO bad memories for me, onlyl good ones!!!

i agree! some smells take me back and are tied to so many good memories.

there are so many perfumes i adore but my ultimate fav is calvin klein’s “eternity” havent come across a fragrance as perfect as this yet.

Anais Anais is JUST lovely....but sadly, I could use half a bottle on myself and it still just doesnt seem to work :( dont know why. Another really nice one is "Lauren" by Ralph Lauren

for the longest time provocative woman reminded me of like going to parties and wearing new clothes, cuz i had just come back from pakistan and had gotten tones of new clothes, and had recrently gotten my bottle of it, so it was so weird.

i love calvin klein’s scents but they all remind me of my brother (when he was single and dressed up lolz) so yeah ill not be gettin one for waseem anytime soon

Right now I got Very Sexy (the red one) and Very Sexy Now (the new one, its golden-orangish)… i know teh latter 1 will be a reminder of summer 07

Ralph Lauren Romance is a nice scent - I had it in 2005
It's fresh and llingers for ages!!!

mamaof3, what do you mean by doesn't seem to work?

I've noticed that the different perfumes sit differently on my skin so a scent that smells lovely on my sister will be awkward on me. Its almost like clothing.

I adore Dunhill for men too. If I was a man I'd have stubble look like Alex Zane and bathe in that. In case anyone is wondering, I would be married to Bipasha Basu.
