1/3 cup water with 2/3 cup of milk and 1 tea bag…let it boil and squeeze the bag to extract all the juice while the pot is still on the stove and boiling…let it foam…this gives the perfect dhaabaa ishTyle chai

How much patti in a tea bag? We use open patti not teabags.
