Re: People satisfied by PMLN’s government
Has loadshedding really gone down, or has the power just been re-routed to PML-N friendly areas? In some cases, they have done well, in the sense that industrial areas are getting better power supply, but residential areas are suffering as before. I am talking about cities other than Lahore/Islamabad, as there is a Pakistan beyond that. This, in spite of the $5 billion they pumped into the power sector within 2 months…and in spite of a major increase in hydel power generation because of the monsoon season.
PML-N has used stooge organizations like transparency international Pakistan, gallup Pakistan and pildat as their lobbyists, but people are far better informed now than they used to be in the 90s.
my relatives in Sahiwal, Bahawalpure tell me it has come down from 12-18 hours a day to 6-8 hours, in Karachi from 8-10 hours it has come down to 4-6 hours
