They same feeling i had yesterday, when i had a fone convo. I just don’t get them. I dont feel like going back home now

they have a tendency of amkin u feel so bad whether u deserve it or not…

i am in that mood of exposing people if u know what i mean!!!

i need ways of taking my anger out!!

please help by telling me how u have dealt with annnoying relatives who u just want to mute for life:mad3:

1. Drink a glass of water
2. go out in the fresh air and breath in and out.
