Sindh: 149 (1st inn)

Shakeel-ur-Rehman took 6 wickets for 28 runs
Younis is on 68*.

Re: Pentagular Cup

GEO was showing Sindh vs NWFP last night but it was the highlights not the live match. It was aired I think after the main news...I think around 9:00 PM Central Time.

Re: Pentagular Cup

wow Salman Butt making 290. Thats a big score no matter any kind of cricket.

Re: Pentagular Cup

Nasir Jamshed looks promising. Butt aur Jamshed ki jori will hopefully solve Pakistan opening problem.

Re: Pentagular Cup

What are the outfields like especially in the major grounds i.e. National Stadium and Qadaffi Stadium. Is it very green and lush?

Re: Pentagular Cup

Green at this time of the year? I doubt.

Re: Pentagular Cup

what is the latest update people???

Re: Pentagular Cup

Are there ever green if it's not this time of the year?

Re: Pentagular Cup

Qadhafi stadium might be, not National Stadium (I haven't seen its "lush green" picture if available). Besides, NS is a flat-phatta-wicket.

Re: Pentagular Cup

Here are the latest scoreboards.

^ Thanks :k:

Re: Pentagular Cup

He played positively in his stint against Zimbabwe and handled the opening slot well. Nasir Jamshed is very timely a good find from the selectors. Now that Nazir and Akmal are (hopefully) vanished into dust, life has started to look meaningful at the top order.

Rahatullah, a right-arm seamer who played for Pakistan Under-19s, was shot dead by unknown assailants in Peshawar while he was on his way to join the North West Frontier Province squad for a domestic tournament.
According to a report in the Geo News website, Rahatullah died on the spot after he was attacked while en route to the Arbab Niaz Stadium.
Rahatullah, who played for Peshawar, claimed a match haul of 7 for 145 on his first-class debut against Quetta in the 2007-08 edition of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. He went on to play two more matches, ending up with 16 wickets at an average of 19.
Earlier, he had represented the Pakistan U-19s on tours to Australia and India. He played one U-19 Test against India, failing to take a wicket, and three ODIs against Australia, the most recent being in October.
